Galih Mahara was born Ciamis westjava in Indonesia on March 15, 1988, Getting to know the world of art, especially dance since studying at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The deepening of the dance is done with majored in dance and dance creation in Indonesian Arts Institute (ISBI) Bandung. Active in dance since 2007 at K.I.G Dance Community (UPI) Bandung, and participated in the Indonesian Artistic Dance Festival Research program (Arco Renz (Belgium), Joned Suryatmoko (INA), Nindityo Purnomo (INA), Daniel Kok (SINGAPURE). 24-hours dance for World Dance Day by Indonesia Arts Institution, Surakarta, Participating in Residency Class Contemporary with P7: 1ma Dance Company in Singapore with dance work \”NGOPI\” at the Drama Center BlackBox Singapore, and joining Masterclass And lecture performance Arco Renz at Goodman Art Center Singapure.
