“Transmuto a Bosque” by Andrez Olmos

An enclosed being, half beast, animal or vegetable. The endless walk through the backyard of a huge house inhabited by silences that are blown away by the great mango tree that hides a gorse\’s nest. I am the residue of a skin completely buried between so many leaves, they make up heavy skins that envelop, in a suffocating way, my exhausted face. The background of the idea happens from the intimacy of the body, from my body in confinement. It arises as a therapy against anxiety, from the uncertainty of not being able to go out and resort to the huge patio that I have in my house to refresh my memory that nature still exists, that we are an extension of it, therefore we are a body that can to use the plant disguise, to believe ourselves to be natives in our own house, shamanic.
