I made this video-performance during the pandemic, when about 700 people in my country were dying daily because of CoronaVirus. It was all about breathing which was the most important thing for humanity at that time. Those dark days of fear & isolation seemed never ending. But once again human beings found a way to survive its generation.
After experiencing different fields of studies and jobs from Metallurgy engineering to Interior design, and from secretary to ceremony manager, Visheh Khatami Moghaddam walked into the art world in 2011. Since then she studied B.A in Islamic art (Persian painting), M.A in Art Research and completed different courses on contemporary art, interior design, 3D Max & Animation. From 2012 she has experienced diverse media ranging from Persian painting, photography, needlework to interactive-installation, video, performance & short film. She has also focused on research of various subjects of Arts and Humanity, and published articles & the translation of two books on contemporary art (Installation art & Video art). She had several Solo & Group exhibitions and her works selected in many international film & video festivals.
