DAS [出す] Überbrücken/Bridging is an art/dance collaborative born in a pandemic situation in August 2020. Since August 13th We have been performing / improvising every Thursday between 5 and 6 p.m without prior notice, no matter what. “Admiralbrücke”, Berlin’s unique bridge is a free space, where people can come together with tacit consent and do anything where there is still public and social interaction. A place for social and cultural interaction for Berliners, visitors, and the general public. This is both a live and online event. The virtual audience can watch it through live streaming on Facebook and Instagram. Our goal is to accept this new normal without hesitation, continue as performers, and think about what we can do through our site-specific body installations to satisfy deep social needs in an isolated era.
